~~ Our Joy Factor ~~

The energy foundation for July is “Joy,” that wondrous light feeling that elevates every aspect of our being. Joy is an energy that is inherent in each one of us; it creates smiles, laughter and electrifies our cells. It is the energy most often described as our “soul” energy, and is our inherent birthright here upon our beloved Mother Earth.

For the first six months of this year, we have been processing, releasing, and generally trying to maintain a sense of balance within the turbulent intense energy of change that we surf daily upon this planet. During the month of June, we moved through the mid-point of the Venus transit, bringing more awareness of the feminine energy into balance on the planet. The Solstice brought the deepest level of our masculine/feminine selves into harmonized balance than ever before. Our hearts have been prepared over the past months to accept this deeper level of balance.

From the Equinox in March to the Solstice in June, we reviewed and took the necessary steps needed in Our Energy Relationships, Our Heart waves and our Alchemical Mid-point. All of these steps revealed parts of us that held old beliefs, memories, fears, pain. Letting go and moving on is the modus operandi. With the letting go space was made for the new. Many of us tentatively asked ourselves what we truly want and set about taking the steps to bring these desires into reality. We worked deeply on our compassion and the “feeling” of being connected to ALL things living upon our beloved Mother Earth.

We will surf the energy of July as we transition or bridge the completions from the first six months of the year. We will begin to merge our masculine and feminine aspects into a congruent flow of wholeness. I use the word “begin” for this will occur over several months, and will bring with it many challenges and days where we can feel unplugged. The merging of our divine masculine and divine feminine is not a gender issue, but the foundation for the ecstatic energy of pure Love and Joy that is within each of us.

Joy is the delicious feeling of being in our hearts, of feeling whole by feeling your own being. It is amplified or triggered with the meeting of other hearts, or soul family but it is not in any way dependent or generated from anything outside of ourselves. The energy of Joy is the most healing energy available to each of us. It electrifies our cells; the smallest particles of our being spin faster, the energy of our chakra’s openly flow seamlessly between our physical, emotional, mental & spirit bodies. The harmonic signature of our voice, our own laughter fires our DNA to hold higher frequency and vibration.

During the month of July, we will begin to communicate consciously with our divine feminine and divine masculine aspects. This conscious communication comes from entering our own heart, and learning what each part needs to find wholeness.

I will share with you an experience that I had two weeks ago that taught me so much about being in our heart, how we are intimately connected to all living things and things are rarely as they appear. On a gorgeous sunny Sunday afternoon, I was driving with a friend to get fresh organic vegetables from our local farms. We were on a winding country road, as we came around a corner we saw a police car pulled over to the side of the road. We slowed and saw some people leaning over a ditch on the other side of the road. I could see a car had just hit a small fawn. I stopped and went immediately to the ditch, where a very young fawn lay unconscious. Someone was trying to wrap it in a blanket. I sat down in the ditch and pulled the fawn into my arms, and proceeded to check for broken bones. We did not find anything broken, but its heart was racing and breathing was tacky. My heart was racing but I was surprised at how calm I was. Normally, even the thought of an animal injured or upset and I’m a basket case.

After about 15 minutes, it seemed like little one who we named “spirit” and felt like a male wanted to leave this Earth. His vital signs were very low, yet I could feel a strong energy coming from this little being, despite what looked like a hopeless situation. I had called in angelic support and asked for a frequency that would be in the highest good for this little one.

I was guided to go inside spirit’s heart to see what was best. With his little head resting on my shoulder, I looked inside his heart. I was stunned at what he showed me. His heart was size of a gigantic blazing sun, and in the centre of the sun stood a fully-grown majestic buck, with large antlers and warm eyes looking straight into mine, into my heart. Beams of light were creating what I can only describe as a crystalline pathway between our hearts. Without taking his gaze from mine – he walked into my heart with strength and purpose.

My heart expanded into beams of light and a feeling of Joy that is hard to describe. I opened my eyes and instantly knew that spirit would survive. Within seconds, his breathing and heartbeat became stronger, and soft crying sounds were heard if I moved him. The policeman had called the local animal hospital with the details and they suggested he be brought in. We drove little spirit to the vet where we were told that if he survived the night, then he would be transferred to a wild animal recovery centre just outside of Victoria. I called first thing Monday and Spirit had survived and was transferred. I called every day and he was still alive, but unconscious. Finally, four days after the accident he was able to stand on his own, eat solid food and drink water. He has a long way to go but he will recover and
do what he came here to do. He will remain at Wild Arc until he can be returned to the wild. http://www.wildarc.com/

Spirit helped me merge with the masculine part of me. There is more work to be done, but he showed me a simple way that each one of us can connect deeply with the animal kingdom, from a place of majesty and respect. He showed me that things are not always as they seem. When we connect through the heart of any living thing we are open to the higher truth of their mission here on our planet as well as our own.

This experience shifted something deep inside my heart. I find myself wanting more time for me, instead of being so busy and driven. I’m having more fun and taking everything a lot less seriously. From conversations with friends and clients, I know many of you are feeling the same way. July will offer us an opportunity to feel more joy, lightheartedness and at the same time allow us to go deep inside our own hearts to examine what old stuff is still hanging around.

July is preparing us for the transformation energy download coming in August during the 08-08-08. It is being described as the Harmonic Convergence, and a continuance of the original event in 1987.

Through the month of July, more and more galactic 5D Light will be bathing our planet, in preparation for the convergence. Each one of us will receive these frequencies and light, and in doing so we will create a new focus around the areas in our lives needing attention.

I think all of us are aware that things are changing rapidly for people, we are seeing it daily in our families, work colleagues, communities. July is setting the foundation for a graduation from our old issues, fears, beliefs – our Joy factor is part of the graduation. While Joy is on the table for each of us to fully ingest, it is still by choice and belief that this occurs.

The energy waves of July may feel intense, emotional & tiring at times, and at others filled with excitement and the joy of being here and NOW. The question to ask ourselves during the intense times is “how much attention are we giving our painful memories or experiences”? We have all heard the phrase “just let it go” and it is true – but it is more an acceptance on every level of our being. Accepting all the events, experiences, situations without judgment – just accepting and being in our heart.

The energy of Joy moves us immediately into acceptance of each other and ourselves. There will certainly be waves to surf this month and in the months to come, however the divine master within each of us is our heart and the key to the wisdom of that master is Love.

CELESTIAL LINEUP

July 2/08 New Moon. This new moon felt very emotional and intense for myself and many I spoke too – it was a sudden change from the day before and I found myself wanting to be quiet and focused inward to listen. We will feel then energy of this particular moon for the next week. The key is to have compassion for yourself and to balance giving and receiving – listen to your gut feelings – they always have an important message.

July 29/08 – Full Moon. This moon lights the path and holds the torch to our new dreams. It lights the threshold we walk through at graduation. It is a sacred time to honour your effort and seize the opportunities now coming.

We end July and start August with a Solar Eclipse/New Moon – a fitting a potent opening to a very exciting and transformational month.

Broadcasting a joyful, upbeat energy from our heart shifts everyone we meet. It is easy to see the difficulties occurring on our planet and feel we can’t make a difference, however we can. When our eyes are sparkling with life, EVERYONE notices and feels that energy. When we are sparkling and shining our gorgeous light – magic happens.

OUR FORM IS FORMLESS

Dear Light Family,

The Lunar Eclipse on Feb 20, 2008 brought a tremendous energy wave to the planet, a deeper connection, and an opportunity to fully embrace our “soul life mission.” The effects of the energy wave will be felt deeply as we move into the early weeks of March. The old saying that March arrives “like a lion and leaves “like a lamb” will ring very true this month. During the actual eclipse, I was hosting a tele-conference meditation for our beloved Whales and Dolphins. I could easily see the bright silvery moon slowly becoming dark and beginning to lose form. This image struck a deep chord, the well-known form of the Moon was moving out of form into form-less-ness right before my eyes.

In truth, this is symbolic of our own personal and collective ascension journey. We are much more than our accepted physical form, and beyond this realm, our shimmering soul light becomes formless. Part of our journey here and now is bridging these two aspects, where we release with love the lower vibrations we have held and make space for our higher vibrational frequency. When we look at the bright Full Moon we simply see “light,” however when the light is hidden we see a completely different landscape.

Each one of us has many layers and levels to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual experiences. We are familiar with seeing ourselves in a certain “form.” A part of our journey during 2008 is too accept and unite all “forms” of this life expression.

What part of ourselves is revealed when we don’t “shine our light”? What old “forms” of ourselves are still shaping our experiences? During the last week of February and the first two weeks of March, what we have tucked away behind us will jump on this eclipse energy wave and become front and centre, demanding our complete attention.

How are we feeling in this energy opportunity? For some it has energized their spirit and they are feeling uplifted. For others it is emotionally intense and physically challenging. The day after the eclipse I began too have deep neck & shoulder pain (an old form) and low energy, which manifested as a nasty headache for a couple of days. Our body works very hard to become congruent with these changes in vibration. Many of you emailed complaining of body pain, being emotional and feeling stuck in “old” patterns, habits, and behaviors. We felt disconnected in an odd way from our lives and the events occurring on our planet. Each one of us has our own unique energy pattern and frequency signature, as does each alignment or energy wave that washes over our planet.

How we experience the eclipse, energy wave will have lasting effects. We will not experience another Full Moon Lunar Eclipse until Dec 21^st 2010. The gateway of pure potential energy that opened 2008 moved many to start creating change and “the new” immediately. Many found that the opportunity for “the new” that was exciting in January has now completely changed.

What is going on? What happened to the potential? Within every potential there are many threads or ways of manifesting the new. As the eclipse energy wave plucked our own energy - old stuff came to the surface that was challenging. Old familiar obstacles seemed to appear from nowhere. Old fears from similar experiences were playing our song. We understood as we altered our wiring and energy pattern, that our exciting plans from last month may no longer fit.

The form of our plan changed to formless. The energy potential revealed another thread to experience as we completed whatever was necessary from our earlier plan. This reveals how fast we are moving within this “new” timing.

March offers an opportunity for allowing new plans to form, to trust our intuition on how this potential will take form. What is not in the highest alignment NOW will be spun out to make “new” space. We are living in dynamic times of change. Everything is moving quickly and dramatically.

During this month, we will make several energetic “revisions” or adjustments to accommodate the changes we are personally experiencing. This can feel stressful on one level and exciting on another. The strength of our foundation will prove invaluable as we continue to bridge our 3^rd and 5^th dimensional bodies.

The New Moon arrives March 7^th. Simone Butler of Astro-Alchemy http://www.astroalchemy.com/thismonth.html shares the following:

“March 7, Uranus the Awakener conjoins the New Moon in Pisces--a wake-up call for sure. March 7 is a super power day: In addition to the New Moon, Mars opposes Pluto on the parental axis of Cancer and Capricorn, bringing up intense childhood feelings. Mars and Pluto express desire and power; their opposition is an opportunity to break through old, entrenched patterns of control. Blessedly, Neptune (Pisces' ruling planet) conjoins Venus (love, beauty and self-esteem) on the same day, helping to awaken our heart centers so that we act in compassionate ways. “

March 20^th @ 11:48 pm PDT – Equinox. March announces the arrival of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and Fall in the Southern Hemisphere. Equinox means “equal night” and on this day, we will experience 12 hours of light and dark. A day of balance and harmony. This date is exactly 29 days after the Lunar Eclipse and opens to the Full Moon on March 21^st. Many of the challenges brought forward from the energy wave of the eclipse will fine a new level of harmony and balance as we move toward the Equinox.

Shimmering Light

We will feel less disconnected from our lives and each other and a new desire to unite and harmonize the energy on our beloved Mother Earth. Our Moon has always held a sacred place on our spiritual journey and within our hearts. Each month during 2008, the Moon’s phases will offer a powerful opportunity to unite our personal journey with that of each other and our beloved Mother Earth.

During the early part of March, we can seize the opportunity to co-exist consciously with the dark (hidden) and light (open) parts of our being, just as the moon does. Our ascension preparation supports the unification of “all” parts, as this occurs we will feel revitalized with a new pace of energy, a new excitement. Some of the blocks from our earlier plans may dissolve or an entirely new opportunity will form with ease.

Freedom will ring deep tone inside as we close the month of March moving forward into our “new.” The winds of change will continue to blow us into new directions, opportunities, and perspective. Our soul life mission or cosmic blueprint will begin to open new levels of understanding as April calls us forward.
During the month of March, embrce the transcended shimmering light of the Central Sun as it opens new paths and discoveries. Allow this sacred light to further harmonize the foundation bridge between your 3^rd and 5^th dimensional body.

ENHANCING OUR FOUNDATION

Dear Light Family,

The energy of February will highlight the tremendous shifts that have occurred since we moved through the 1:1:1 gateway in January. The astrological significance in February will help us clarify the energy dynamics that have been “enhancing our foundation.” During this month, we will interact more consciously with the corridor or bridge that is the 5^th Dimension. For years, we have known and read that the veils between the 3^rd & 5^th dimension have been thinning.

The gateway in January along with the potent New Moon/Full Moon aligned a more potent balanceand understanding of the energy and symptoms, we experienced in the early days of 2008.

January felt intense and for the most part challenging. An understanding of what was occurring will help us in the coming months of 2008. During the first two weeks of January many felt deep emotions coming to the surface. I mentioned last month the 1:1:1 gateway energy would feel overwhelming, chaotic, and challenging. As the light intensified I personally had such an intense headache along with body and neck pain that I went to bed for 3 days. I felt like the wiring in my body was unplugged. There was a sense of loss and being disconnected. Emotions were raw and tears flowed for what seemed to be no apparent reason.

Many of you shared similar experiences with me. Intense neck, shoulder, & back pain. Depression, feeling alone, nausea, chills, and flu-like detox symptoms. Our body was deeply integrating this “new energy” and like many times in the past, it was painful and uncomfortable. Our physical body is the most dense of our four bodies, and while our emotional, mental, and spiritual body were also intensely affected, we feel our 3D body the most.

For the most part this is behind us now. I felt things lift quite dramatically after the new moon on January 8. During the early part of January I was not remembering my dreams – everything seemed blank. After the full moon on Jan 22/08, my dream memory returned. I noticed many dreams had the element of water in them. I was swimming, surfing, bathing, floating, painting, or ingesting water. I also found myself listening to opera more than ever, both in my dreams and my wakened life. The pure tones seemed to soothe and open my heart, even the dolphin & whale sounds seemed like opera.

Water is the element associated with emotions and the feminine energy of the moon. During the month of February, we will be feeling the energy as a more congruent flow between our emotional & physical, the intensity of January will not be the norm. We have passed through that gateway and now we can begin to feel like the “new” energy beings we are becoming.

Our foundation is a balanced combination between our 3^rd dimensional life and our spiritual life. Creating a balance has often been a challenge for Lightworkers and Starseeds. We often feel that taking care of body, health, finances, relationships are taking us away from our spiritual life. In truth, when all of these aspects are in harmony, our foundation is strengthened.

The energy of February will help us further enhance our foundation, which is vital as we move deeper into the “new beginnings” of 2008. The corridor or portal that connects us with the 5^th dimension will (in a linear aspect) become closer during February and will culminate at the 8:8:8 (August 8/08) Over the coming weeks and months, a continual wave of higher frequency and

energy will bathe our planet. This shimmering 5D energy will be a harmonic balance of feminine and masculine energy.

Shimmering energy is a bridge between the 5^th dimension and the 3^rd. It is a precursor to the ascension energy and a vital support to our overall preparation for the ascension. The stronger our foundation, the more fluid are interaction upon this bridge. Our beloved Mother Earth is actively transforming in this shimmering light. The “new beginning” energy is detoxing several areas of her 3^rd dimensional life just as we experienced in January. We have come to accept the wild changes in weather, volcanic activity, floods, wind, etc as the norm. Deeper changes are underway in stagnant dense areas of our political and economic arenas.

Shifts and changes will transform old energy as the Earth’s foundation takes on more light and frequency. It is an exciting time and one filled with opportunity, however when change on a global scale is underway it can trigger deep-seated fear, drama and illusion for those that are unaware of the higher nature of these changes. The planetary support in February will support the ongoing transformation, and it is important to understand the stronger our personal foundation, the more light we can articulate for the overall good of each other and our beloved Earth.

The “new beginning” of 2008 represents a deeper manifestation of our spiritual life than ever before. Many of us (myself included) have a tendency to commit 150% when it comes to our spiritual lives and sometimes we can neglect the more mundane aspects of our 3D lives. While an intention and deep desire is necessary, Balance is key and this process will begin in earnest in February. In January we felt “old stuff” coming to the surface, the same could be felt as we begin this balance process. The conscious or unconscious thoughts we may have about money, aging, enlightenment, self-worth will have an opportunity to present themselves for further review.

We have been given tremendous tools that help us navigate these illusions, and the loving support of our spirit guides & teachers is ever present. It will be important that we each find what keeps us in our hearts and open. For me it is listening to opera or watching amazing DVD’s of whales and dolphins. For some it may be reading spiritually uplifting books, toning, chanting, ceremony, massage, sauna’s etc.

There is no one way to surf these times. What is important is to learn what is right for you, your body, and foundation on a daily basis. Some days you may need more sleep than others, or heavier protein one day and fruit the next. Massage may be perfect at one time but walking the next. Awareness is half the battle so too speak, it helps us stay out of fear or panic when things become intense. Energy follows thought and our thoughts are the most dynamic tools we have.

The astrology of February is unique and certainly will add some fuel to the balancing process. On January 26^th, Mercury went Retrograde and will remain so until February 18^th. Mercury Retrograde is often blamed for things becoming difficult, particularly with communication; however, it also holds a powerful too for deep inner exploration and finding what is really going on.

February 6^th brings the New Moon along with a Solar Eclipse. This timing builds on our ability to move into “new” beginnings or untapped areas of our lives or foundation. A feeling of excitement and creativity can flow during this time. February 20^th brings the Full Moon with the Lunar Eclipse. It is during this timing that we could feel a little vulnerable and fear could creep into our consciousness. This is part of the balancing we discussed earlier. If viewed as a tool or opportunity as it truly is, then we will feel upbeat with our creative juices flowing by month end.

February is also known as the month of love and the heart. February 14^th is Valentines Day, a time to honour those we love and celebrate LOVE in all its glory.

Feeling and thinking from the heart will be the perfect energy to collaborate with during the coming weeks. The joy of feeling our hearts open and filled with shimmering light will offer tremendous support during the shifts, changes, and challenges ahead.

The last several weeks on our planet have been daunting, no matter what part of the planet you inhabit. Without question - the times we are experiencing upon our beloved Mother Earth are critical. Never before have has our impact on this planet been so dramatic. For years, we have discussed the plight of our mother, her birthing pains into higher consciousness.
Recently while following the harrowing fires in California and the rainforest in the Amazon, the earthquake in Indonesia, and the melting polar ice caps I felt such an intense energy that I needed to lay down. I drifted off to sleep and upon awakening, I had been shown the image of Gaia (Mother Earth) as a child very ill. She had a very high fever, and was fighting an infection from some unknown form of bacteria. Like most children, it takes a lot to keep them in bed – she keep getting up and trying to do her normal things, but could not. She grew weaker and weaker. Those caring for her kept trying to calm her and help her heal. They took her outside to a nearby lake to try to cool her; she drank some of the water and become violently ill. They drained the lake and found the bottom was strewn with garbage of every description. Now they knew the cause of the infection and quickly looked for plants in the forest as a remedy. The plant and spirit medicine slowly began to take affect, Gaia was weak, and a tremendous sense of uncertainty was held in the hearts of those caring for her.

When I awoke the significance of the dream was not lost on me. Our beloved Mother is struggling to desperately to maintain her biosphere. Our heavy footprint upon her has taken a deep toll and her only desire is to be well, to flourish, and to be in perfection again.
We have such a powerful role to play in her survival. Our thoughts not only create our reality but affect hers as well. Our enlightened thoughts can help her adapt to the changes that have occurred upon and within her. She is a very gentle but powerful conscious being that can overcome her physical dilemma.
Mother Earth is requiring Harmonization and Stabilization. While many lightworkers and starseeds are ready to live in Harmony upon our beloved planet, there is still a tremendous level of polarization. The final two months of the year are always pivotal on how we will move into the coming year.
THE 11:11
November 11th is a special day, the 11:11. Numerically 11 is a double digit and is known as a Master Number. It holds the energy of both the masculine and feminine energies in a balanced form – however many refer to the 11:11 doorway as the feminine aspect and the 12:12 (Dec 12) the masculine. The 11:11 last year opened a portal to understanding our soul life mission or soul path. That energy brought many changes and allowed us to go deeply into our soul energy.
This year the 11:11 doorway is to Harmonization and Stabilization. The 11:11 is also a trigger or catalyst to harmonize those parts of ourselves from ancient times to this now time. Time as we know it is not linear but circular. All of us are feeling the intensity of the energy on our planet. Each of us holds codes that are part of our ascension process. Our current and past lives spin concurrently through the circle of time. Many of us are surprised at the depth of our emotions, our reactions to simple day-to-day events, the feeling of anxiety or uncertainty riding just beneath the surface of our lives. We feel like we are living on the razor’s edge.
During the past month, I received dozens of emails from around the world where starseeds and lightworkers were describing their symptoms. The most common thread was fatigue. Everyone complained of being very tired and often not even certain if they have or have not slept, because of being awake so often during the night. Many were feeling quite intense physical symptoms that we have mentioned so often. Headaches, neck & shoulder pain, feeling of heat rising in the body (no not just women) increased hunger. Dreams were also mentioned as being very intense and often recurring.
The Harmonization energy of the 11:11 doorway is vital to support our physical body. Harmonization and stabilization will impart a calming into the emotional body. When we re-visit old memories or experiences from this lifetime or those from past lives, whether we understand and know the “story” of the experience, the emotion or charge is often still there and brought forward. This is what is understood as bringing all the parts of our soul back to wholeness. There are so many levels and layers to our emotional and spiritual lives. Time is such that a 24-hour period is equivalent to 72 hours or more of living. Everything is being condensed and sped up. It is intense and often makes people react irrationally. This is turn supports further polarization on the planet.
Our relationship with our physical body and spiritual path is directly connected to the body of Mother Earth and her path. The 11:11 doorway of harmonization and stabilization is being support by the shimmering golden light of the Central Sun. We have worked diligently to heal our old patterns and utilize our energy for balance. If we were caring for a sick child with a high fever, our every waking moment would be focused on her getting well and having a full recovery. Nothing would deter us from tending to her, nurturing her, loving her. This same intention and attention is now desperately needed for our beloved Mother Earth. Cradle her as you would your child.

During the month of November, we will have the opportunity to open our hearts to the energy of Harmonization and Stabilization. This energy will allow us to open our hearts more fully to nurture ourselves and the collective. This in turn will affect our daily thoughts we have toward each other and our beloved planet. See the 11:11 as a time to stabilize and hold together the brotherhood and sisterhood that is slowly germinating in the hearts of all lightworkers and starseeds. Old patterns will continue to percolate to the surface during the coming month. If we hold on to the emotions or become over dramatic as things clear, we will feel upset and disoriented. Harmonization and Stabilization will support you personally and collectively, by allowing you to trust your heart more. To hear your heart and know that it beats to the rhythm of our beloved Mother’s heart.
We are in challenging and destabilizing times and often we forget just how powerful we truly are. When we telepathically direct our higher thoughts toward our planet, things change and transformation begins. We are potent and powerful when united in harmony and unity. We are at a crucial point on our beloved planet.
I recently worked with a wonderful plant spirit medicine shaman. Like many of you, my physical body has been responding to the clearing of old patterns with some discomfort and uncertainty. When I was speaking with the shaman relayed something that resonated deeply within me. She said everything we experience, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually has a signature or a tag to it. I understand this is not news, but it was in that moment that my head and heart got the connection with the information.
Our hearts signature or tag is love. As the higher frequencies of the Central Sun move through the 11:11 doorway our hearts signature can begin to harmonize and stabilize in a more true unconditional way. This energy will allow our hearts and our mind to be more united; however do not be surprised during the first two weeks of the month you feel an intense tug of war going on inside. Be prepared to feel deep angst at times or anxiety and try to forgive yourself or others that may be triggering these deep levels of healing.
As always, there is a tremendous support from the stars and planets during November, which will wash over us like waves. We will often feel physically tired and need time to process the light frequencies. Many will unite on the 11:11 in meditation or ceremony and this will soften the energy download during the mid month timing. Towards the end of November the energy will build again quite dramatically as we prepare for the 12:12 alignment in December.

Nov 11 – 11:11 Doorway to Harmonization and Stabilization. Light from the Central Sun activating deep codes of activation and transformation. A time of ceremony, ritual and sacred songs to our beloved Mother Earth.
Nov 24 – Full Moon – 6:30 am PST. This moon will illuminate the unseen area’s still needing some nurturing. Nudges may feel a little more intense as the moons rays light the 11:11 alignment. Breathe in this light of Harmonization & Stabilization and allow that energy to reverberate through out the planet.
The beauty of the 11:11 and the transcended Central Sun light is that it is Holographic energy. We have talked often about holographic healing light. When we connect to the whole of our being or Cosmic Egg and affect change in one part we then affect change in the whole – based on the principles of the hologram. When we shine this shimmering transcended light into our conscious or sub-conscious, we create change.
During the month of November, we have the opportunity to walk in unity with harmonization and stabilization. Each conscious thought and step we talk upon our beloved Mother Earth will support her and help her. We have to ability to create change from the smallest gesture to the grandest expression – everything matters and touches the heart of our mother.
Take time to listen to your body as best you can. When sleeplessness is constant, our body tries to compensate for the cellular rejuvenation that maybe being missed during deep sleep. Increased hunger will be the body’s way to get the necessary fuel for the cellular work. Tune in and see if the hunger is for sleep not the extra donut. Being kind, gentle, and allowing with yourself and your body is vital just now. Set patterns of activity and rigid schedules make things tense – harmonization and stabilization energy will need a little space to maneuver in.
May your month be filled with higher evolutionary processes and deep joy in your hearts.
