As many of you know, the Wesak Full Moon is approaching and as lightworkers on the planet, the most potent time of the year, you can literally receive the merits of all of the enlightenment that you have achieved throughout the year. It’s a culmination of those things.
If you want to hear more about that discussion, you can find that on the website, I believe under events and sessions and then you can listen to an audio about “What is Wesak”, an intro audio.
All right then. So the short Spirituality Article for this week is to encourage you to work with the energies of the full moon, Wesak approaching. And even past that point of the full moon, as a devotional energy, perhaps you might describe yourself as devoted to spiritual growth or devoted to serving humanity or devoted to learning more about how creation works, or however you define yourself, I would use the word devotion in conjunction with that, because that will have a very strong potency during this particular full moon.
Now Wesak is also classically the time to receive acknowledgement from the Great Ones that you are working toward that process of Enlightenment, but particularly so for those who have a desire to serve in the World, that have a desire to help make the world a better place on a larger scale, have the desire to support others on a spiritual path, or maybe that they are devoted to delivering healing energy so that others can feel better. So reflect for a moment -- even if you have never defined yourself this way, if it isn’t perhaps right there inside your heart, waiting to blossom, during this Wesak time.
Alright, let’s bring in a beautiful torch, a flame or torch; imagine yourself holding it out in front of you. Consider it the eternal flame, it’s right there in your hands. And reflect upon the symbology for you:
